Selective finance for investment in England


Selective Finance for lnvestment in England (SFIE) is a capital investment grant scheme aimed at encouraging businesses to invest in land buildings, plant and machinery to support expansion and modernisation. The scheme is delivered by East Midlands Development Agency (EMDA) in the East Midlands. To qualify for a grant companies must meet certain criteria.

Retail Grants and Funding

Shop Front Improvement Grants


Shops in South Wigston could qualify for a shop-front improvement grant that aim to improve the appearance and utility of the frontages of shops. Grants will be available for up to 50% of the eligible works to a maximum defined amount depending on type of business.
