Selective finance for investment in England
Selective Finance for lnvestment in England (SFIE) is a capital investment grant scheme aimed at encouraging businesses to invest in land buildings, plant and machinery to support expansion and modernisation. The scheme is delivered by East Midlands Development Agency (EMDA) in the East Midlands. To qualify for a grant companies must meet certain criteria.

Retail Grants and Funding
Shop Front Improvement Grants
Shops in Oadby, Wigston and South Wigston Town Centres could qualify for a shop-front improvement grant that aim to improve the appearance and utility of the frontages of shops. Living and Working over Shops (LOTS/WOTS)
LOTS/WOTS grants aim to increase residential and office accommodation available in towns by encouraging the conversion of vacant floor space above shops and other commercial premises.
