Hayley Berrill Young Citizen 2008

The 2008 winner Hayley Berrill was nominated due to the ongoing time and enthusiasm she dedicates to the Young Peoples Centre in Wigston. She was also the only person to be nominated by young people.

Hayley was presented with a free one year membership of Parklands Leisure Centre as part of her prize which also included a cheque for a hundred pounds and a silver salver.

Do you know an outstanding young citizen? 

 

Nominations are invited for the 2009 award before the closing date of 31 October 2008.  Nominations can be made by teachers, youth workers, family, friends or community members.  They can be received through our on-line voting form|, alternatively you may request a hard copy from the address given below.
