Summary

This page contains information about a mobile youth facility which visits locations in the borough where young people meet. The bus contains play stations and computers.  Youth workers are available to give advice and information and to arrange trips and other activities.

 

Wednesday Evening Location

 

The bus will be on Willow Park, Aylestone Lane, Wigston from 7p.m. to 9 p.m. every Wednesday from 10 September 2008. 

 

 

Monday Evening Location  

From Monday 8 September 2008 the bus will be parked on Sandhurst Street car park in Oadby from 6.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. These sessions will continue as long as young people are attending.

 

Trips and Events

 

This year young people have attended barbecues and  subsidised trips to Alton Towers,  Nottingham Ice Rink, and Tamworth Snow Dome.  Young people are welcome to come along to any venue and discuss their ideas for trips, events and activities.
