Terms and conditions of the Oadby and Wigston sports grant selection procedure and funding:

• The partners will provide grants to as many eligible applications as funding allows, but the group reserves the right to decline applications if funding is not available or the application does not meet the criteria outlined above.
• Both successful and unsuccessful applicants will be notified there is no appeals procedure for unsuccessful applicants.
• Successful applicants can reapply after one year.  Unsuccessful applicants can reapply to be considered in the next assessment.
• The applicant must agree to use the funding in the manner outlined in the application. The partners reserve the right to ask for evidence of expenditure up to a year after the grant has been awarded.
• The applicant must be willing to attend a photo opportunity and be included in a press release to promote the grant scheme.
• The applicant should submit a 100 word statement to the partners after the grant has been used.  This should confirm what the grant has been spent on and may be used in future publicity for the scheme.
