Summary

This page contains information about a mobile youth facility which visits locations in the borough where young people meet. The bus contains play stations and computers.  Youth workers are available to give advice and information and to arrange trips and other activities.

 

Wednesday Evening Location

 

The bus will be on Willow Park, Aylestone Lane, Wigston from 7p.m. to 9 p.m. every Wednesday from 10 September 2008.  

 

From Wednesday 14 January 2009 The bus will relocate to South Wigston on Tesco car park and will remain there as long as it is well attended.  

 

 

Monday Evening Location  

From Monday 10 November 2008 the bus will be parked on Uplands Park car park in Oadby from 6.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. These sessions will continue until Monday January 12 2009 to tie in with a graffiti art project taking place in the pavilion on the park.  

 

From Monday January 19 the bus will be on the Asda car park in Oadby and will remain so long as it is well attended.

 

Trips and Events

 

Young people are welcome to come along to any venue and discuss their ideas for trips, events and activities.
