To participate in the recycling collection schemes:-

contact Customer Services| or telephone Leicester (0116) 288 8961 and request for a roll of recycling bags.

once you receive the bags place the correct recyclable materials in the appropriate bag and place the bag at the front edge of your property by 7:00 a.m. on your collection day. Please do not obstruct the pavement.

safe handling of the bags requires that they should not weigh more than 5 kilograms each.

you can find your collection day here|. Recycling bags are collected on a weekly basis.

just before you run out of bags tie the more bags please label on the appropriate coloured bag with your house number and street name.
