Oversees the work and functions of the whole Council including:

Best Value Local Performance Plan
Housing Investment Strategy
Community Plan
Local Agenda 21 Strategy
Crime And Disorder Reduction Strategy
Local Transport Plan
Food Law Enforcement Service Plan
Local Development Framework and accompanying documents
Overall Budget Framework
Overall Policy Framework, including such other Policy Matters as may be determined by Council shall be within the remit of the Council to determine.

Receive Minutes from Area Forums and groups.
