Management of the Council

Our Management Team is made up of the Chief Executive, the Deputy Chief Executive and the Director of Community Services. Post holders and responsibilities are as follows:-

 

Chief Executive: Mark Hall

Responsibilities: Head of Paid Service, Returning Officer, Corporate Policy, Corporate Services, Human Resources, Legal, Licensing and Committee Services.

 

Deputy Chief Executive: Paul Johnson C.P.F.A

Responsibilities: Deputy to the Chief Executive, Section 151 Officer, Finance, Internal Audit, Revenues and Benefits, Information Technology, Customer Services and Client Services (incorporating Refuse and Recycling, Public Cleansing, Grounds Maintenance and Borough Engineering Functions).

 

Director of Community Services: Martin Cregg MSc

Responsibilities: Housing Services, Planning and Building Control, Environmental Health, Community and Cultural Development, Brocks Hill Visitor Centre, Forward Planning and Regeneration.
