Please note there are two sessions to each course and candidates must be able to attend both sessions in order to obtain the certificate.
The venue for the course is usually Brocks Hill Environment Centre, Washbrook Lane, Oadby, Leicester.
The time of the course is 5.30 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.
We will advise you if any of these details are different for the course you want.
This course is suitable for candidates who already work in or are intending to work in, food businesses. It meets the requirement Level Two training. This needs to be attained if you are working or handling food.
The fee for the course is £45.00. The fee also includes the test fee, certificate and course literature.
One free place will be offered for every 10 places booked and paid for.
