Our Performance
We are committed to providing high quality cost effective services. We do this by:-
• Constantly monitoring the performance of each of our services.
• Looking for ways that we can continually improve the services we provide.
Performance is measured using indicators which have target levels for us to reach. Each of the services we offer is monitored using a range of indicators. Reports are then produced on a quarterly basis, listing our progress against a range of performance indicators as shown below:-

Tenant Satisfaction Survey - Survey 2008
In late 2008, we conducted a tenant survey using an independent company. The results of this survey have been compared with similar housing providers around the country.
The questionnaire was sent to all tenant households, of which a sample of 660 successfully completed the survey.
