Surveys
Surveys help us to gain information about a range of issues by asking a series of structured questions in face-to-face interviews, telephone interviews or through a postal questionnaire. We are required to carry out a comprehensive tenant satisfaction survey of all our tenants every three years.
Early in 2007 we sent out a satisfaction survey to all tenants.
87% of tenants are satisfied with the service that we provide as a landlord.
74% of tenants are satisfied with the opportunities for getting involved in the service.
