One Stop Shop Development Enquiry Form

This form allows for information as to whether a proposed development will require planning permission and/or building regulations approval.

The information required is:

Your name
Your address (including postcode)
The address or site to which the enquiry relates
A description of the proposed works
The dimensions of the proposed development
What the proposed use of the development will be
A description of any internal alterations
The distance of the development to the nearest boundary
Information on any previous extensions built at the address (including dates)
Whether the development will alter an access
Whether the development will require any demolition
A sketch of the existing site and proposed works.
