Summary

The Representation Statement has been prepared in accordance with Regulation 31 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2004. It sets out:

• The number of duly made representations received in response to the
  submission version of the High Peak Statement of Community
  Involvement;
• a summary of the main issues raised in response to the Statement of Community Involvement; and
• copies of the submitted representations.
