How Can I Get a New or Replacement Garden Waste Bag?

Garden waste bags are not available to collect. If you have less than four garden waste bags or none at all, you can either request new or replacement bags in person or by telephone. Additional bags to the allowance of four free bags, will be charged.

To request this in person, please visit our Customer Service Centres where an order will be placed for you, to be delivered to your property. Alternatively, please contact Client Services on Leicester 0116 257 2830 to place the order over the telephone.
