Annual report to tenants 2011
We are required by the Tenant Services Authority to produce an annual report for tenants every year and publish it by 1 October. This is the second report we have produced.
The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) is the regulator for social housing in England and Wales. This includes all council housing and housing associations. The goal of the TSA is to raise standards of service for tenants living in affordable housing.
The annual report sets out how well we have performed against the standards laid down by the TSA. It also sets out our future plans for improving the service. It has been put together by a group of tenants and officers.
A copy of the report is available below, or from the related documents section on this page.
