Council housing local offers

This page sets out the local offers that we are making to council tenants of Oadby and Wigston Borough Council.

From talking to tenants, we know the improvements that people would like to see to the service we provide as a landlord. Although we cannot make all the changes that we would like to see in one go, there are a group of improvements that we know tenants want and that we can deliver. We have called these 'local offers'. These cover a wide the range of services we provide as a landlord, from repairs to cleaning of our estates, and ways of getting more tenants to have their say about the service we provide. We are planning on updating these local offers every year.
