Investor In People

This page provides an overview of the Council's Investors In People accreditation which was re-awarded to Oadby and Wigston Borough Council in 2011.

We were the first local authority in Leicestershire to be recognised as an Investor In People Organisation on 15 July 1996 and have been re-assessed successfully several times, the most recent being in January 2011. Extracts from our last re-assessment report in January 2011 include:-
