Welcome to our online payment facility
You can pay for many of our services online using your debit or credit card. This page provides a link to the secure payment web site as well as information on what you can pay for, when payments are processed and receipting details.
What can you pay for?
Services that you can currently pay for through this web site are:
- Council Tax
- National non domestic rates (business rates)
- Housing rent
- Sundry debtors invoices
- Overpayment of Housing Benefit
- Building Control inspection fees

How to pay
Payments can be made using your debit card.
To make a payment please enter the secure Santander BillPay web site where further guidance will be given. Alternatively, you can pay by both debit and credit card using the telephone on Leicester (0116) 257 2850.
Credit card payments incur a 2.5 per cent service charge.
When will my payment be processed?
Although you can make online payments at any time, your payments can only be credited to your account during the working week.
Payments taken over the weekend and on bank holidays will be credited to your account the next working day. All payments paid up to 3:45 p.m. will be credited to your account on the same day, all payments taken after that will be processed the next working day.
Can I have a receipt?
You will receive details of your payment on your screen after you make the payment. You can print these out as confirmation.
