People Standing Together in 2016
Taster sessions are being offered to explore how to build up ones emotional resilience, mental workout, and experience the eastern arts of Qigong and Laughter Yoga inclusive of relaxation techniques.
A short section of the events will address the United Kingdom Hate Crime campaign 2016. What is hate crime and how to report it, including where people who suffer from mental ill health can face stigma and discrimination.
