Following on from the changes made to the sheltered housing services earlier in 2019 we would like to gain your feedback on the current service provided and your views on the future of the service. The survey is available online and we have also enclosed a paper copy so you can choose how you wish to respond. The survey is open until 9th January 2020, please respond by this date.
Your views are important to us and we would like to know what we are getting right and where we can make improvements.
This is an informal survey and there are currently no plans to make any changes, however we accept there is always scope to improve and adapt. We will review the feedback from the survey and any proposals for changes to the service in the future will be consulted on separately.
If you complete a paper survey, we ask that you please drop your completed survey in to the post box in the communal area, this will be clearly marked.
