Time of Connections
Connecting with others during the Covid pandemic has been difficult, and it's easy to feel isolated and lonely.
Support your own wellbeing by joining us for a week of activities from Monday 15 February - Friday 19 February.
Choose from a variety of free taster sessions including singing, physical activity, arts & crafts, and mindfulness.
