Our Housing Options Team no longer provide food parcels. However, you can contact our Community Hub who will do a referral to South Leicestershire foodbank. The foodbank can in certain circumstances deliver the food parcels to the customer.
If a customer has requested two food parcels previously, the Community Hub will refer the customer to the Councils Financial Inclusion Officer to complete a financial inclusion check. This check is in place to find out why the customer is requiring another referral and to see if they are managing their finances correctly.
