Advice Surgeries

We have a range of advice surgeries available at our Customer service centre on Bell Street in Wigston. We are working in partnership with all of the following agencies to provide support and help to our residents.

Citizens Advice Bureau

The Citizens advice surgeries offer free, indepedent, confidential and impartial advice for residents. They can provide information on issues such as benefits, employment, debt, housing, family, education, consumer, health and immigration.

The Citizens advice surgeries will be available at Bell Street on:

Monday: 9.00am - 1.00pm

Tuesday: 2.00pm - 4.00pm

Thursday: 1.00pm - 4.00pm

These are walk in sessions and you will not require an appointment.

Helping Hands

The Helping Hands surgery at Bell Street is available on:

Wednesday: 10.00am - 2.00pm

Police Drop In Surgery

Starting on 22nd March 2018 the Wigston neighbourhood beat team will be providing a drop in surgery every Thursday between 9:00am and 13:00.

A private interview room is available for people to raise any issues or concerns with the local beat team.

Please Note – weekly attendance can not always be guaranteed, if officers are needed to attend an urgent situation they may not be here for the whole of the allotted time.
