Under the Licensing Act 2003 Oadby and Wigston Borough Council are the Licensing Authority for its area and responsible for licensing premises within the Borough for the following activities:-
- the sale by retail of alcohol
- the supply of alcohol by or on behalf of a club to, or to the order of, a member of the club
- the provision of regulated entertainment
- and the provision of late night refreshment

The following are applications that have been received and currently under consultation:
Application for the grant of a premises licence.
LIDL. Blaby Road, South Wigston.
An application has been made for the grant of a premises licence.
The proposed application is as follows.

07:00hrs to 23:00hrs
