Pay Policy Statement 2014 to 2015
Oadby and Wigston Borough Council recognises the importance of having clear written policies for the payment of its staff and ensures that they are rewarded fairly, without discrimination for the work they do. The policy has been agreed by the Service Development committee and will be reviewed annually.
The publication of this policy meets the requirement detailed in section 38/11 of the Localism Act 2011 which requires local authorities to produce a Pay Policy Statement for each financial year.
