This grant scheme is designed to support voluntary organisations in Oadby & Wigston to continue to operate with increased demand that is as a direct result of the cost of living crisis.
A funding pot of £10,000 has been set aside by the council and applicants must be able to demonstrate the funding will support an increased community demand that has been seen in recent weeks/months as a result of the cost of living crisis. For example, a food bank or community fridge.
