Our management and structure
Our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is led by the Chief Executive, Anne Court.
SLT meets weekly and works with councillors, partners and stakeholders to identify the needs and priorities of our customers and the borough – turning them into key strategies for the organisation.
SLT is responsible for setting our direction, risk management and providing high-performance leadership.
