Full Time, Permanent Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Manager to take the lead role in driving forward our People Strategy, providing both strategic and operational HR leadership.

As the lead expert in HR, your advice and recommendations are key to effectively supporting our Senior Leadership Team and working in the Corporate Management Teams.

Partnering closely with our managers, your input, guidance and coaching approach will equip them to effectively maximise the performance and potential of their teams. This will include the whole employee lifecycle involving performance management, employee relations, workforce/succession planning, resourcing and talent management.

We seek someone who is CIPD qualified (ideally level 7 or equivalent qualification), has a sound track record in leading the HR function at a senior level and in providing quality HR advice.
