Housing Inspection
In May this year, the Housing Section was inspected by a Government body called the Audit Commission. They looked at the services that we provide as a landlord and our prospects for improvement in the future. They will issue a report on their findings sometime in August.

The Housing Section manages over 1250 houses, flats and bungalows within the Borough. There are also over 40 leasehold properties, which are flats or maisonettes that have been bought by tenants under the 'Right to Buy'.
