1. Whether the Electricity, Gas, Water, Fixed Line and Mobile Telephone usage monitoring and management, billing, payment and procurement of these utilities are dealt with in-house or whether they are outsourced to a consultancy/outside company to manage?

Answer

Payment of Electricity, Gas, Water, Fixed Line and Mobile Telephone usage monitoring and management billing and payment is dealt with in-house. The Welland Partnership deals with procurement.

If they are outsourced could you please provide me with the name of the company that the current contract was awarded to, together with the names of any other companies that sumbitted a PQQ and/or tender.
