This page contains information on the Council's Employment Land Availability (ELA) Study. The ELA is part of the annual monitoring exercise which assesses the supply of employment land which is 0.1 hectares and above within the borough.

Employment Land Availability Study
The study monitors the availability and distribution of employment land. As of 2008-2009, the study will also list the amount of floorspace that has been completed each year. For the purpose of this report, this includes the following land uses established by the Use Classes Order 2005:
B1: Business use and light industry
B2: General industrial
B8: Storage and distribution
