Interim Review of Polling Districts and Polling Places 2018

Oadby & Wigston Borough Council has completed an interim review of its polling districts and polling places. The consultation period ran for six weeks, ending on Friday 25 May 2018.

Review details

The polling arrangements in the Borough were reviewed because of uncertainty about the long-term viability of some venues currently used, and to ensure that suitable and convenient polling arrangements are provided to local electors for the next local elections taking place in 2019.

The Notice of Review, the Returning Officer's proposals, all review documents and representations received are published below.

The Returning Officer's final proposals will be presented to Full Council at its next meeting on Tuesday 31 July 2018.
