Overview
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to manage the operations of our housing team. The housing team are responsible for the day-to-day delivery and management of landlord services to around 1,300 tenants and leaseholders delivering services such as estate and building compliance, property repair, maintenance and improvements, leaseholder services, income collection and tenancy management including ASB. The Operational Housing Manager will undertake responsibilities including support to the Housing Manager in the day-to-day operational management and the strategic and financial planning of the housing service to exceed statutory requirements. Responsible for the management, coordination and control of allocated resources to ensure the delivery of excellent housing services ensuring that all aspects such as Tenancy and Estates, and Property Services are delivered to the highest standards in line with customer needs and expectations. Contributing effectively to the delivery of the Housing business plan and service area action plans, ensuring ownership of responsibilities and targets to operational teams.

We are looking for a talented/enthusiastic individual to join us within our Business Rates team. The Business Rates Team are responsible for the administration and collection of National Non-Domestic Rates. The Business Rates and Recovery Team Leader will undertake responsibilities including, supervise the day-to-day management of the Business Rates Team as directed by the Revenues and Benefits Manager and deal with the billing and collection of Business Rates (NNDR).
