The Council’s preferred method of payment is direct debit, but it also offers a wide variety of other payment methods. This includes payment by cash or cheque at our Customer Service Centre and cheque only payments by post. Payment can also be made by card either online, using our Payment webpage, or over the telephone on Leicester 0116 288 8961. You will need your reference number when making a payment.
Lovell Respond are the contractor responsible for plumbing, heating and boiler issues within our Council properties. If you discover a problem or need to book a gas safety check, please contact Lovell Respond on 0845 600 7996.
